In brief: Blood count terms

Rdw means red cell distribution width, which is the range of values for the width of your red blood cells.
A higher number could mean that you are making lots more red cells for some reason. Mch mean mean (or average) red cell hemoglobin, which is the amount of hemoglobin in each red blood cell. If it's low, this means that your cells aren't carrying as much hemoglobin as they should.

In brief: How high or low?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you given the actual values rather than your interpretation of high and low.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, Get HPV vaccine.
