If nasal and something that just started.
.. It may be a viral upper respiratory infection. It could be allergies as well - but less likely this time of year if new onset. Afrin nasal spray is a great decongestant - use no more than 4 days. Over the counter phenylephrine/pseudoephedrine. Plain old saline nasal spary is good as well.
