In brief: tummy tucks (witch hazel)

Pain can be well controlled with postoperative analgesic medication and devices called pain pumps.
The goal of the surgery is to remove excess abdominal tissue typically stretch marks will be removed with this tissue however there is a limit to the extent that can be performed. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Vipplasticsurgery.Com.

In brief: Yes and Yes

Generally, tummy tuck surgery will remove stretch marks that are present at/below the level of the bellybutton.
Some pain is to be expected; the operation is associated with a significant physical and emotional recovery period. Patients often underestimate the amount of recovery time necessary.

In brief: Yes and yes

Tummy tuck may hurt for a couple of days although pain sensation is variable from patient to patient.
You will feel more "tightness" than pain. However if you cough or sneeze you may feel some pain. All of the stretch marks below the belly button will go and those above the belly button, will be pulled lower.

In brief: Abdominoplasty

A tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure to remove loose, excess skin from the abdominal wall (including lower stretch marks) and tighten muscles of the stomach that typically loosen with changes in weight or pregnancy.
This is not a substitute for weight loss and is very common to fix a woman's waist after finishing having children. Pain is moderate but controlled with oral medication.
