What to do if I started my period this morning, but had to come home from school with cramp. How can I lessen the pain?

In brief: NSAIDs

Nsaids (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) medications will help relieve the pain as well.
These are medicines like aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen, which are available over the counter.

In brief: Magnesium

Magnesium relaxes every muscle in the body.
Taking 500mg/day will often eliminate or lessen menstrual cramps.

Agree with magnesium in an absorbable form like Albion magnesium. Meanwhile suggest an anti=inflammatory medicine e.g. ibuprofen for a few doses to alleviate the pain. Take with food.
