In brief: May be a coincidence

Floaters are due to imperfections in the clear gel inside the eyeball, and tend to become noticeable as a person ages.
Floaters occur in masturbaters and non-masturbaters alike, but sometimes are more noticeable if one is looking at a plain blank surface. Large numbers of floaters, noticeably increasing floaters, flashes of light, changes in vision, etc..., should be evaluated by an md eye doctor.

In brief: Floaters

Not likely. If eye floaters are a problem talk to your doctor about an examination with an eye specialist.

In brief: No.

There is no connection between masterbation and eye problems.
It does not now, nor has it ever, caused blindness or any other kind of visual difficulty.
