In brief: Clean glasses
I use a microfiber cloth and will give them to my patients when available.
The cloth will remove dust, dirt, and grease. I use california cleaner spray for the really dirty glasses.

In brief: A soft cotton cloth
A soft cotton cloth is a good means to clean your glasses.
Some recommend a srop of dishwashing liquid and water and your fingers with a soft cloth to dry. Others use "windex" type glass cleaner. Vinegar and water rinses work. It would depend on wheter plastic or glass or coated or not. Call your eye care profesional or dispenser and ask their recommendation.
