My nose is stuffy, but nothing seems to help. What can I do?

Here's some guidance. Blocked nasal passages can be from a mechanical obstruction or the lack of sensed airflow. Examples of an obstruction include a septal deviation, enlarged turbinates, excessive mucus production like during a cold or from allergies, or nasal sidewall collapse. Your nose may not sense airflow from too much swelling, trauma, or prior nasal surgery. A good start is to see an ENT to perform an exam.
