Unless you are using an older computer monitor (mid-1990s or earlier), you do not need to be concerned about radiation.
Today's flat screens are pre-shielded, emit light differently than older cathode ray tube (crt) monitors, and are no longer found to be a cause for concern. Although monitor filters are still available, there is no proof that they are of any benefit with modern screens.
