Stay fit. No particular vitamins, just stay healthy. Dont do heavy lifting, instead stay active, strengthen your core and back muscles (good to work with physical therapist). If you smoke then quit. If heavy then lose weight. All the best!
Colchicine. Like so many "good" things that really work the fda has stopped the use of this valuable drug given as an officeprocedure i/v. It is absorbed poorly by mouth.It is an extract of rhe aurumn crocus and was used by hippocrates...Alas we seem less and less able to help people cheaply with things that really work! are we still free?
