In brief: Infection cleared

Throw out contaminated eye make up.

In brief: When looking normal

When the eye looks and feels back to normal then that is usually a safe time to resume makeup and contact lens wearing.
Also, pink eye is what most people call a viral conjunctivitis. As a virus is causing the symptoms and not a bacteria, unfortunately the antibiotic drops you are taking would not be expected to resolve the infection or make you not contagious, unfortunately.
