In brief: Yes

The tear duct drains tears (and potentially eye drops) into the nose, just lateral to the inferior turbinate.
From there, drops can run down the back of your nose, into your throat.

The naso (nose) lacrimal(tear duct) describes the connection...and the naso (nose) pharynx(throat) is also connected. Tear duct-> nose-->throat.. Weird feeling isn't it? Dr Faust explained it well...

In brief: Yes

The eye is connected to the nose through something called the nasolacrimal duct.
The duct normally drains tears. The fluid goes into the nose and then the nasal mucous carries it into the throat.

In brief: Eye drops

No. There is no direct connection between your eye and the back of your throat.
