Just say NO. I must admit that I am not a fan of the concept that we have to "detox" our bodies. There are substances like sedatives, alcohol and opiates that cause our body to make changes that must be gradually reduced, or we get symptoms. Sugar is not one of them. Stop eating refined sugars, and stick with complex carbohydrates. If you want, if you do use sugar, use brown and unrefined sugars (baking etc).
