In brief: Orthostatism

You are experiencing "orthostatic hypotension".
When you get up, your body is subject to gravity. In other words, blood travels down. This may temporarily reduce bloodflow to the brain causing dizzines/blackout. This is a protective mechanism! the body forces you to slow down or sit down so you don't faint. Certain blood pressure meds, dehydration, advanced age etc... May contribute.
