Everytime I lay down my right hand and wrist goes to sleep or becomes numb. What should I do?

Carpal tunnel syndro. Consider carpal tunnel syndrome. Get an EMG and possible wrist x-ray. May need surgery or may be fixable with bracing and medication.
Carpal Tunnel. Numbness and tingling in the hand or fingers especially in the thumb, index, and middle fingers that worsens at night is very typical of carpal tunnel syndrome. This is caused by pressure on a nerve at the wrist. It can radiate up the arm, and is usually worse at night, and can awaken you from sleep.
