In brief: A few

Most supplements have poor evidence for efficacy in pain states.
That stated, Alpha lipoic acid, acetylcarnitine, and fish oil have some evidence that they help for neuropathic pain, specifically diabetic neuropathy. Perhaps 1/5 of my patients who try this decide to stay on the supplements because they are beneficial.

In brief: Glucosamine vitaminD

Glucosamine with msm is very effective at helping to reduce arthritis pain and it probably helps to stabilize joint cartilage.
For fibromyalgia vitamin d3 can be very helpful. It is best to get a blood level to know how much to supplement, but it is reasonable to start at 4000 units per day.
