You may be a grazer!
If you are maintaining a healthy weight, it may be that you "graze" through the day - eating small, frequent mini-meals.
There's nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, it may be a healthier way to eat. Try keeping a diary for a few days of everything you actually eat. If you have any doubt at that point, talk to your doctor. She/he or a nutritionist can help you sort it out. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
