In brief: Babies if no pain

If the hernia is causing significant pain, then you should have it fixed now, heal for several weeks, and then have children.
If the hernia is not bothering you, especially if it is small, and it does not contain intestines, then you can have children first.

In brief: Have babies

The uterus grows and protects the hernia from trapping bowel inside, and the hernia stretches as well.
Rare to have any problems with pregnancy, but ater repair pregnancy can stretch the repair and sometimes cause it to need to be redone later.
