My 14 year old daughter has been diagnosis with scoliosis... With a 14 degree curve..What are chances it will get worse.. Age does girls stop growing?

Several issues including family history especially if found on both sides, the timing of her period which if she has not had is a higher risk and the type & location of the curve.
This should be monitored closely for any progression. If so, bracing is usually helpful with only 1% requiring any surgery for idiopathic scoliosis. Most growth with a spurt is just before their period starts

They will also stop approximately 18-24 months after having the onset of menses as well. Xrays can accurately show if growth plates are closed. It is More likely than not that a 14 year old female with scoliosis will not need any intervention at all, but don't hesitate to see a specialist to be sure.
