In brief: Perhaps none

75% of women and 50% of men have no symptoms.
Symptoms can include change in discharge (smells funny, itches, burning). Rarely there can be burning/pain on urination. If spread upward to uterus/tubes, abdominal pain/discomfort or even constant mild nausea may be present. Because of this, chlamydia easily spreads and is epidemic among 15-24yrs old. Get an exam and std tests and tell your partners.

In brief: Mostly none.

85% of women with cervical chlamydia do not have symptoms.
So in general the answer is no symptoms. Young sexually active females need to be screened for chlamydia.
