In brief: Difficulties

If you are having the difficulties listed above and they all presented around the same time, i would suggest that you visit either an endocrinologist, or your primary care physician for indicated tests.
It seems that the dental/oral findings may be a part of a bigger condition.

In brief: Throat infection

When you have an infection your immune resistance is lower. It affects your whole body with fatigue, join pain, loss of appetite, fever and discomfort.
A visit to the physician will allow for a strep test with a cotton swab to be cultured in laboratory to determine what medicine will better fight the infection. It usually takes about 10days for it to run its cycle.

In brief: see your doctor

The symptoms you describe suggest that something serious may be going on.
This clearly needs to be evaluated. Would see your doctor, who will likely have you see a gastroenteorlogist. With the joint symptoms you may need to see a rheumatologist as well.
