Clarify the source. Who is harassing you? Are you going against expected behavior? Do you feel that you are violating cultural or community standards? If so, talking with counselor who understans your culture. If harassment is caused by voices in your head, or from the radio/television, or you hear a menacing voice in crowds, you need th seek psychiatric care. You may have a thought disorder needing treatment.
