In brief: Sinus and Pregnancy

Some women are more susseptible when pregnant due to hormone changes causeing swelling.
Ask your ob-gyn to refer you to an ent. There are a number of treatments possible even when pregnant.

Flonase, a nasal steroid, may be the key, use at night can be a godsend, your OB should be able to handle it, it may not be infection but congestion which is much more common b/c of pregnancy hormones. Ask your OB for Flonase use it 2x per day for 3 days then at night and see if he thinks u need antibiotics ( or she, sorry) good luck
