In brief: Super glue on glass

If the lenses are made of glass, acetone (finger nail polish remover) will get rid of it (use sparingly on a cotton tip applicator).
Use care on the frame which might be plastic. If the lenses are in fact plastic, then you are stuck as anything which will get rid of the glue, will damage the plastic of the lenses.
