In brief: Elevated hr

Normal heart rate is 60 to 100.
Should be on the low side during surgery when you are sedated. Would go to your doc and get a holter monitor.

In brief: Probably

Oral sedation for oral surgery is usually used to help reduce anxiety.
It is still very common to have a slightly elevated heart rate during the procedure as it can be very stressful for the patient. Vitals, such as heart rate, usually return back to normal very shortly after the completion of the procedure. If you are at all concerned, follow up with your doctor.

In brief: Yes

A normal heart rate is about 72.
.Not 55 (half of 110). Local anesthetics contain Epinephrine (adrenaline) which cause an increase in heart rate and it is normal for the heart rate to increase after they are administered.
