You can check the color of your urine to see if it's very concentrated -- and if it is, consciously increase fluids to see if that helps. But if you've lost 30 pounds "unintentionally, " this really needs investigating because it can go along with more complex causes of orthostatic hypotension. See your doctor for an exam soon.
