I have pcos along with pelvic scar tissue. I have been pregnant 7 times over a course of 14 years with only 1 living child. What could be causing this?

In brief: Many possible causes

Were your other 6 pregnancies miscarriages or tubal pregnancies? You have more chance of another success than multiple miscarriages with no child.
With 2 or more miscarriages we look for low egg supply, uterine problems like polyps or fibroids, abnormal antibodies, blood clotting disorders, hormonal problems, & genetic tests if needed. See a reproductive endocrinology/ infertility (rei) specialist.

In brief: PCOS

Polycystic ovarian syndrome causes lots of problems.
Among them are difficulty getting pregnant and, often maintaining the pregnancy once you get pregnant. You should sit down with your OB and see if there might be some strategies for maintaining a pregnancy longer if you're trying to have more kids.
