Probably ok. Generally it not a good idea to mix medication with alcohol. As far as I can tell there is no serious interaction between alcohol and cipro (ciprofloxacin). So if you do drink alcohol, keep it moderate. 1 or 2 drinks at the most.
I discourage it. Alcohol is not a good drug when you are treating an infection. Also, I believe that when people ask questions about "can I drink beer" or "can I have wine" I don't think they are talking about 1-2 social drinks. Alcohol interferes with white blood cells working, slows healing and has many drug interactions. The doctor who prescribed it or pharmacist who filled it is who you should talk to.
Don't. I could not find an FDA prohibition of drinking and using this medication, but I would suggest you do not or at least consult your doctor before doing so.
Not dangerous. However we do not generally recommend alcohol with antibiotics. There should be a warning on the prescription bottle if there are any know issues. We do know that some antibiotics are weakened by alcohol but this is not tested in every case. If in doubt stay away from alcohol for the duration of the prescription.
