Why does only my left knee constantly aches everytime I bend it?

Needs a look. Pain is a symptom...It is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. There is too little information to make a guess here about the cause or treatment of your pain.. I would recommend that you see your family doc or an orthopedist for more detailed history and physical exam and possibly some imaging studies.

Is it both knees or. just one? How often has it been going on? Is it only while doing certain positions, or certain movements, like going up stairs, going down stairs, when sitting, when standing. It can be like popping a joint, and you are hearing it 'pop' in place. So it could feel uncomfortable when you extend or flex it. If it gets inflamed, you need to see a doctor and get it imaged.
