Could be from ongoing lung injury or inflammition of the surface of the lung.
You may have fractured a rib from coughing, but that is unlikely. If this pain persists you need to see your doctor who will probably order an x-ray if your symptoms continue. Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, dizziness or nausea should hasten your visit.
