Ankle Sprain. Sounds like and ankle sprain. The fact that you can weight bear on it usually indicates a less severe injury. If it is a grade 1 sprain should expect to be better in 7-10 days. Rest, ice, elevate, and use compression if swelling. Work on passive range of motion.
