In brief: Water intake
You should drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
Dehydration can cause fatigue, muscle pain/cramping, nausea, and many other symptoms.

In brief: 6-8 glasses
One should stay well hydrated! depending on age, circumstances such as heat, humidity, medications, current illness, stress, activites and thirst, one needs more or less water. You shold urinate 3-5 times daily and if not, you may need more water. If urine is darker than lemonade, you need more water. If you are on a diuretic you need more.
Even if not thirsty, drink enough water daily.
