Hello, . Hello, nine days is a very short period of time to work with. I recommend that you contact a psychologist who does behavioral modification or cognitive behavioral therapy and ask for a "crash course". You can see how much improvement you can get in that period of time. It is a tall order however. If you can't get in with anyone over that period, recommend doing deep breathing. Breath in through your nostrils slowly. Raise your arms so that you can inhale deeply. Hold for about five seconds and then exhale slowly.
