I think I have a mild case of frostbite but I'm not sure how to treat it! Please help?

Warm them. Rapid rewarming in body temperature water (95-100 degree) is the best treatment. Do not rub them in the snow, or run them under cold water. This can be a painful process for true frostbite. Once the fingers are warm, they can still be sore. They may form blisters and swell. If you still have pain after warming the hands, get it checked out in the er.
