In brief: Call yr public water

system. The best way to find the fluoride level of your tap water is to contact your water utility provider for exact numbers and more information.

In brief: Yes

If you are hooked up to a municipal water supply contact your water company.
They can tell you how much Fluoride is in your water. If you use private well water then you can send in a sample of your water to a lab and they can anlyze it for you. Your state dental association may be able to give you the name of a lab.
