A compromised immune system is what leads to the chicken pox virus re-emergence. Even my HIV patients with virtually no immune system don't have this kind of presentation. What you may have experienced is sequential outbreaks. You need to see your pcp, an infectious disease physician or dermatologist. This is too complicated to assess over the net.
