Is it possible for a person to contract the h1n1 virus from a person who had the live nasal vaccine?

In brief: Not really
Live attenuated influenza vaccine (laiv) is a live-virus nasal spray.
"attenuated" means the live-virus has been weakened so not to cause the flu in persons receiving the vaccine. The vaccine's virus is no longer the same h1n1 virus that gets people sick in the community. So, if one inhales a sneeze from a just-vaccinated person, the "inhaler" might get the vaccine's virus but not the real h1n1.

In brief: No
At present, there is absolutely no evidence that this can happen.
The virus is prepared in special ways to not infect someone with a normal immune system.
