In brief: Tourettes in 3 yo

My answer is that anything is possible in terms of things that can go wrong with us humans.
In one study, 3.4% of school children between 6 - 12 years of age in a columbian study were diagnosed with tourettes. Another study found between 0.4 - 3.8% of kids had tourette's [robertson, mm 2011 feb.] according to cedars-sinai, it can occur as early as age 2. http://bit.ly/yfqqpm.
