How do you know if you are an insomniac?

U can feel it. If you sleep less than most individuals (6-8 hours/night) or you have difficulty initiating and maintaning good qualtiy of sleep, then consider yourself an insomniac. Try some over the counter sleep medicines. Cut back on your late nite tv viewing and late dinners. If you are married, settle your dispute before you go to bed - get up and fight (not recommended). Don't get discouraged!
