I do strength training but don't seem to be getting stronger. Why is that?

Not a good program? Ur program may b wrong 4 u. Get an at-c 2 set u up. U need 2 b doing exercise 4 each muscle group & that means u need 2 kno how 2 isolate each 1. In a nutshell , u start at a wt u can lift 4 3 series of 10. If can finish add more wt 2 the point u can't finish #3. Work till u can & increase. Hydrate, 1 hard day next easy ? Cardio, then hard ect. Need protein supplement esp if dieting.
