I had sex while ovulating then 4 days later noticed slight cramping on right side. I don't usually get period cramps. Could i be pregnant?

In brief: Not necessarily

These symptoms are non specific for pregnancy.
In addition to pregnancy, these could be related to other physiologic events such as ovulation. You will have to wait until your expected menses and check urine pregnancy test.
