In brief: Difficult t say

It is hard to say what the prognosis would be in a patient with kidney failure and pneumonia without a lot more information.
Important factors would include: the patients age, and the presence of chronic diseases like diabetes, or copd, how severe the pneumonia is ( does the patient need oxygen, is the patient on a ventilator ( breathing machine), is the kidney failure old or new, etc.

In brief: Many variables here

I'd want to know the following: is the renal failure acute or chronic? What is the patient's kidney baseline, e.
g., on dialysis? Is the renal failure due to multi-organ disease and sepsis (bacteria in the bloodstream), or are we talking about a relatively stable dialysis patient with a "touch" of pneumonia? Is the patient on a ventilator? The more complex, of course, the more concerning prognosis.
