I have type 2 diabetes weight is 191 lbs i exercise every day and eat healthy and the scale won't budge. Can you give me any suggestions.

Lean proteins, low glycemic carbs (starches & sugars—in fruits & veggies), good fats, low-fat dairy, whole grains, some nuts/seeds. Control sugar tightly.
