Muscle pain, swollen red joints, pain in joints, back/neck pain, headaches fatigue, weak. Have ms, it's it cause of problems or something else?

Symptoms NOT . Multiple sclerosis problems, as the description is one of rheumatological issues. Ms does cause pain quite frequently but does not cause joint pain with swelling and reddening. An additional problem has presented, and you need to see your doctor and get this diagnosed, as the ms could well be indirectly worsened. This is complex, so get it addressed. Good luck.
