Cant sleep. People may have trouble with sleep onset (getting to sleep), frequent interruptions, interruptions with difficulties falling asleep, or sometimes early morning awakening. Good sleep hygiene, avoiding stimulants, avoiding late exercise, not eating late can help. Many people have a bad night or two, but if it persists it may be worth a consultation or working on some relaxation techniques.
