In brief: Eye transplants

Only the cornea and lens can be removed and replaced.
The rest of the eye can not be transplanted.

In brief: No

As previous answers indicate, only certain parts of the eye can be transplanted.
There are inumerable technical problems with whole eye transplant, none-the-more than we have no technology to 're-wire' the transplanted eye to brain.
