Acne. Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day & use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If > mild acne see dermatology.
Cleanse your skin. Cleanse your skin daily with soap and water; which will help to exfoliate the dead skin cells and clogged oily pores of your skin. Use a soft wash cloth and exfoliate your skin with rice bran and soap. It will leave your skin clean and smooth.
