How do I get rid of a gall bladder stone from home and with no visit to the doctor/hospital?

In brief: Can't be done

The only proven way to remove a stone from the gallbladder is through surgery.
Attempts at dissolving gallbladder stones were not successful as the stones tend to recur off medication. Gallbladder "cleanses" using dietary means have not been shown to be effective. Sometimes gallstones can be "silent" or asymptomatic; removing them doesn't always solve the problem. A doctor can help you decide.

In brief: Unlikely

How do you know you have one? If for sure, most are pretty solid.
Even extreme diets are unlikely to cause resorption.
