In brief: Eating disorder?

Eating only 400 calories/day plus exercising 2 hours a day makes me wonder whether you have an eating disorder? This is an extremely low-calorie diet, which has not been providing even basic body maintenance.
Hoping you are working with your doctor on this, and are getting the help you need. With eating disorders, ongoing treatment is needed -- even while gradually increasing your food.

In brief: Quik fix rarely last

400 calories /day even with doctor supervision is not smart for long term weight loss/ management.
This is not enough to cover your basic metabolic needs. Add an additional 2 hours of exercise and down right risky. You will likely gain some weight back when you start reintroducing food-your body thought you were starving. Add back slowly, healthy food, small meals, and reasonable exercise.

In brief: Healthful foods will

Help, but when u increase your caloric intake (even with lean proteins, low glycemic starches & sugars [carbs], good fats [olive/ canola oil], veggies) you're bound to gain some weight unless u exercise even more/harder. Follow link to calculate basic caloric needs for your level of activity; decrease # calories to keep weight off.
