I always get dizzy and headaches plus my right legs always get numb. Is this something to do with tumor?
Unlikely, but... See a doctor to determine why you are getting headaches and numbness in your leg. Brain tumors are rare in young adults, but this needs to be evaluated.
Seems neurological. You could have a tumor causing these symptoms, but more liklely it might be something else, like a vascular issue that can cause a stroke. It also might be two or more separate things, like a migraine and a pinched nerve or peripheral vascular issue. At any rate, you should see your doctor to get it evaluated.
