In brief: Yes, some risks

No medicine or supplement is completely safe.
One a day brand women's vitamins has ingredients that some people are allergic to such as fish & soy. The soy may be from gmo sources which i consider risky. It has 3 artificial colors that can cause adverse reactions (& are unnecessary), titanium dioxide, a possible carcinogen, & synthetic vit e which is also unhealthy. It has no aspirin. See comment:.

Also, One A Day Women's has Sugar (Maltodextrin)_ again, probably from GMO sources, and its minerals like calcium, magnesium and zinc are in forms that are relatively poorly absorbed. While probably better than nothing, there are many FAR better multivitamins out there. I advise quality brands without artificial colors or toxic additives/preservatives and with nutrients that are better absorbed, made by companies like New Chapter, Rainbow Light, Pure Encapsulations or Thorne Research. These are sold at health food stores and are available online. One A Day is inexpensive, but what you pay for it what you get!
